Javier González
Javier González has a degree in Psychology, a Master in Training of Trainers and a Master in Health and Safety. For 16 years he was the Head of International Projects department at the Labour Foundation for Construction (FLC), managing more than 50 European initiatives on vocational training and employment, promoted by different EU programmes.
In 2020 he left the FLC to run the Health and Safety, Training and Projects area of the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium size Enterprises (CEPYME), participating in different social dialogue roundtables with the government of Spain, as well as in different councils and boards of several entities. In 2022, he returned to the FLC as the Head of Training and Employment area, where he manages training programs, innovative training and employment projects, evaluation, fundings and design of new qualification pathways for the construction sector.
