Justin Wray
Justin Wray is Head of DB, LGPs and Investments, Pensions and Lifetimes Savings Association. He leads the PLSA’s team covering DB, LGPS and investment issues on an interim maternity cover basis. He was previously Head of the Policy Department at the EU’s insurance and occupational pensions regulator, EIOPA, where he led its work on regulatory policy, including reviews of the IORP II Directive for pensions and the Solvency II Directive for insurance. He also worked on sustainable finance and international issues. Before joining EIOPA in May 2011, Justin worked at the Pensions Regulator, including as Head of Pensions Administration and Governance. Prior to this, Justin worked at HM Treasury on financial services regulation and international debt issues, and at the Department for International Development.
