Randy G. DeFrehn, M.A.I.R., B.A.S.W. is the Chairman and CEO of DeFrehn and Associates LLC, and Senior Policy Advisor of the Pharmacy Industry Labor-Management Association (PILMA). Randy has spent over 50 years improving the lives of others. It has involved creating a home health service for an Area Agency on Aging; working in the administration of a county mental health agency; and as an administrator of health and pension funds in the coal and ironworking industries. He served in the fields of benefits consulting; investments; and is best known for his work assembling the finest of the multiemployer communities at the national and international levels to facilitate legislative, regulatory and cooperative achievements, and as a founder of the World Pension Alliance.
