Simone Schmitz
Simone Schmitz is a lawyer with a specialisation in German and European labour law. She has been working for SOKA-BAU, the German social funds for the construction sector, for 15 years. Before joining its pension funds, she worked on postings and coordinated the international affairs. Since 2016, she is a legal advisor for occupational pensions. Her work involves all legal questions regarding the administration and further development of SOKA-BAU’s pension schemes including monitoring and implementation of European and national legislation.
